Dawn began in 1983, when our founder, Anwar Ahmad, opened a radio shop in Rudauli.
Technology has moved from the radio to the smartphone, but our commitment to the people of Rudauli has remained the same.

What are your opening hours?
We are open six days a week, from Wednesday to Monday, between 10 AM and 9 PM. The showroom is closed on Tuesdays. You are welcome to message us on WhatsApp at any time, and we will reply as soon as we can.

Dawn Mobile Showroom is in Nawab Bazar, Rudauli, in the Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh (PIN 224120). For smartphones, you can choose from Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Nothing, Motorola, Vivo, Oppo, iQOO, Redmi, realme, POCO, Tecno, Infinix, Lava and Ai+. We also carry Mivi audio products. Models and colours change often, so please message us on WhatsApp to confirm that the one you want is available.
Can I buy a phone on EMI?
Yes. We offer EMI through Bajaj Finserv, IDFC FIRST Bank and Samsung Finance+. Instead of paying the full amount at once, you pay for your phone in monthly instalments. Approval, down payment and tenure are decided by the finance provider and depend on the phone you choose. Message us on WhatsApp or visit the showroom, and we will explain the options and the documents you need.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI, cards and EMI. You can also exchange your old phone towards a new one. Choose whichever is most convenient at the time of purchase.
Do you repair phones?
Yes. We offer repair and servicing at the showroom. Bring your phone in and we will examine it and advise you on the repair. For a quicker answer, describe the problem to us on WhatsApp before you visit.

How long have you been in business?
Since 1983, which is more than four decades. Our founder, Anwar Ahmad, started Dawn as a radio shop. When mobile phones arrived, we were among the first to bring them to Rudauli, and we moved on to smartphones as they became part of everyday life. In the 1990s, Dawn was also the leading name in Rudauli’s transport industry. Today the showroom is run by Anwar Ahmad and co-owner Mohammad Shariq, and it continues to serve the town.
